On Tuesday November 25, 2008 a celebration of Aboriginal talent featuring Sierra Noble, Plex, Marc Nadjiwan, Jason Burnstick and The Johnnys and more will be featured along with the folk tales and comedy styles of emcee Winston Wuttunee at Revival in Toronto. This line up of diverse musical talent are joining together to celebrate Aboriginal music on one stage that will result in a two-hour concert event captured on film. Promoted by Working Title Artists and filmed by Strong Road Productions, this one time exclusive event will be presented on the big screen in high-definition and digital surround sound at select Cineplex Entertainment theatres across the country on Wednesday January 28, 2009. We are also proud to announce the generous support of Aboriginal People's Television Network (APTN).
"We are very proud to present such an incredible line up, in such a unique way. The concert will be exceptional, as is expected from this talent and we are fortunate that it will find its way to Canadians cross country." - Brent Bain (WTA)
Host Winston Wuttunee has been a household name in the Canadian Music industry since 1973, wowing audiences across North America as well as Europe and Australia as a singer, keynote speaker, and comedian. Winston has been twice recognized as the Most Valuable Contributor to Aboriginal Art from the Blue Lantern Awards, and was honoured with the Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards' 2003 "Lifetime Contribution to Aboriginal Music" award.

Plex (Doug Bedard) is an emcee, lyricist and producer from Alberta. One of the founding members of Edmonton's renowned hip-hop group Won 18, Plex has performed to sold out crowds in over 250 venues, toured first nations communities across Western Canada and have opened for groups including Run DMC, Xzibit, Pharcyde, Ice T, Saukrates, The Guess Who, Choclair, Kardinal Offishall, and K-OS. Currently Plex is working with Aboriginal Voices Radio as host/producer of The Plex Show (Canada's first National Aboriginal hip-hop program).
After releasing his first CD titled "Brother" in 1995, Marc Nadjiwan garnered immediate attention in Canada and the United States. In 2000, Marc released the album "Awake", featuring many well-known guest musicians such as Andy Stochansky, Maury Lafoy, Arlene Bishop, Chris Gartner and Todd Lumley. Continuing with his creative exploration Marc wrote the musical soundtrack for the theatre production "New World Brave" and launched his third recording in 2005 titled "Begin". His upcoming album titled "New Mexico"will be released nationally on Tuesday November 25, 2008.
Jason Burnstick is a Cree musician in Vancouver, British Columbia. His ability to move from one style to the next is largely contributed to the Juno nominated Andean Group Kanatan Aski and an exploration of music and instruments. Recently Jason has stepped back into his blues guitar roots and has armed himself with the Weissenborn Lap slide guitar. Jason won Best Instrumental Album of the Year at the Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards in 2005 and is currently nominated for a Juno for Best Aboriginal Recording of the Year.
With songs clocking in at 220bpm, The Johnnys music has been described as inciting listeners to dance, get naked and cut loose. In an unrestrained celebration of high energy, The Johnny's released the debut CD "I Like It A Lot" on independently run Slave River Records. Following the release The Johnnys have continued to tour live and intrigue the press resulting in numerous magazine, news print and online articles including the cover of Spirit Magazine for the 2007 annual music issue. The Johnnys Warrior Song is also included on the Spirit Magazine 2007 CD Compilation. The Johnnys are also nominated for the peoples Choice Award at the 2008 CAMA’s.

Sierra's talent, commitment and love of performing are remarkable and have positioned her on the brink of national and international stardom. Obviously, many good things come in this deceivingly small package.
