We are all feeling the Spring, and for some people that means chillin' on the patio, drinking the beer and eye flirting with attractive people... We do not disagree with this behaviour, but we are another kind of people... The kind that hammers down and rides the wave of renewed motivation. We love the Spring!
So to highlight the things that are growing this season we have;
Fighter/Lover
F/L hits the digital world, prepares for video launch, records album, books tour and opens for Montreal band Creature tonight at the Rivoli ($12 starting at 9pm. Sat, April 26).
The summer will see F/L all over Southern Ontario. Tour will be released shortly.
Ann Vriend
Ann prepares to launch the animated video for her single "When We Were Spies". This video was produced by Working Title Artists and created by Jay Hurtig Fraser of Grime Studio. Stay tuned for the launch of the video in May 2008. We will keep you posted here as well.
Also in the works for Ann is a new leg of touring and another trip to Australia. Nice Ann!
Pavlov's Dog's Orchestra
PDO is about to launch their debut album to the Canadian Music industry (well, those in Toronto at least). The band will be performing at The Gladstone Ballroom on Thursday May 15, 2008. There are a couple set times, so if you would like to attend and are involved in this crazy business you can send an RSVP request to RSVP Request
PDO is currently working with WTA on this event, a music video and a photo shoot for the band. Look for many more great things to come from this one-of-a-kind orchestra.
